  1. Hi,
i have an offer to work in turkey in the oil and gas industry,my employer has hired me as a consultant to provide service, but they have requested me to apply for a MONTAGE visa in which i can stay in turkey just for 90 days in a year,my employer is not willing to make a work visa for me as i am not a turkish residence, what is the solution to this problem.

    Thanks

    • Hello,

As you have mentioned a montage visa will allow you to stay in Turkey only 3 months within a year. In case if duration of work will be more than 3 monthsi you need to get a work permit in Turkey. In order to get a work permit in Turkey, please be informed that your company(employer) may get it for you. According to the regulation, foreign worker cannot get a work permit independently, that is why your employer should ask for work permit from Ministry of Labour for you.

In case if you are planning to work at this project for more than 3 months and employer still refuse to get a work permit for you, we may suggest you our PEO service in order to work in Turkey officially.

  2. Hi, I currently have to leave Turkey as I was given a condition to apply for a residency within 10 days of entering Turkey. I assumed I had a 3 month Tourist visa upon reentry and I didn’t apply for residency during this time. I now am facing a entry ban. I would like to know what I need to do to overturn or apply for reentry into Turkey.

    Thanks,
    Matt

    • Hello, As you didnt apply for residence permit within 10 days on your last entrance, that is why you should stay outside of Turkey for the certain period of time. In order to come again, you can try to apply for work /student/treatment visa to Turkish Consulate of your homecountry.

I would like to visit Turkey and apply for work permit. May I know the procedure, how to apply for work permit?

Can you please help with new updates rules and regulations for resident permit

    • Hello,

In case if your father has a valid residence permit in Turkey, you may get a family residence permit for yourself on basis of his residence permit in case if you are less than 18 years old. Currently, İmmigration office doesn’t provide with tourist residence permit, however you can apply for family residence permit application or on basis of purchased property in Turkey.
