Unfortunately, you won’t be able to get a Turkish citizenship on basis of student residence permit, you should have a work permit in Turkey or residence permit on basis of title of deed in order to be eligible for citizenship application.

I asked them if it is possible to add one of my last surnames since I had only put my husband’s surname in the Vat application. The issue is that there is no Haitian embassy in Turkey where I could have a birth certificate in order to give my daughter a nationality and the Turkish law doesn’t provide nationality based on where a baby is born.
I would suggest you to contact Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Haiti and check with them if there is any official Haitian representative in Turkey in order to get a birth certificate.

To get a work permit, the company/ employer should make an application for the employee to the Ministry of Labour, employee cannot make an application for work permit individually.

Hi, I’m a mechanical engineer and my wife is a famacist . We are living in Iran now. But we are considering to buy a house in Istanbul and move there. I want to know if it’s possible for us to get the work permit and get a job with buying a house ( notice that the resident we buy will cost less than 250,000 USD , so we won’t be citizen).

Unfortunately, but pharmacists are among the list of prohibited jobs for foreigners, that is why your wife won’t be able to get a work permit. As soon as ou buy a house in Turkey, you will be able to get a residence permit on basis of title of deed. However this residence permit won’t allow you to work here officially, you would need to get a work permit card for working purposes.

Hi. My brother entered Turkey on August 6 2021 with his Campervan but would like to apply for the 730 days visa as he is currently on a 90 day visa with his vehicle. How could he do this. To get a work permit, the company/ employer should make an application for the employee to the Ministry of Labour, employee cannot make an application for work permit individually.

Hi, I’m a mechanical engineer and my wife is a famacist . We are living in Iran now. But we are considering to buy a house in Istanbul and move there. I want to know if it’s possible for us to get the work permit and get a job with buying a house ( notice that the resident we buy will cost less than 250,000 USD , so we won’t be citizen).
Especially my wife who is a farmacist couse I heard , farmacists are not allowed to work in turkey

Unfortunately, but pharmacists are among the list of prohibited jobs for foreigners, that is why your wife won’t be able to get a work permit. As soon as ou buy a house in Turkey, you will be able to get a residence permit on basis of title of deed. However this residence permit won’t allow you to work here officially, you would need to get a work permit card for working purposes.

Hi. My brother entered Turkey on August 6 2021 with his Campervan but would like to apply for the 730 days visa as he is currently on a 90 day visa with his vehicle. How could he do this. He wants to travel around Turkey and maybe settle there. Also, he will come to TRNC to obtain his KKTC kimlik within his 90 days with his vehicle – will this affect his wish for extension on his vehicle? Please advise

In order to stay here for longer period of time, your brother may apply for tourist residence permit for 1 year with the possibility of extension later. Please be informed that process should be started prior the expiry of 90 days duration.

Hi sir .please reply . I am overstay about 10 months .about 6 months I was waiting for my reply but no reply from nafuse at my phone from submet the documents .because of coved19 I thought its may be late .I call 157 so many times about my problem but they had no updates about me finally I went to the kumkapi office they told me that its unfortunately happen it’s not my fault so can you please reduced my overstay charges I will be so thankful for your help .

According to your situation, you won’t be able to make an application for residence permit now. Due to overstay you should leave the country and pay the fine for overstay period of time.
