My wife has an application which is stil under assessment.
Now i can not continue with my application because the system ask me to finish my wife application before l could submit mine.
l have no other PC to use.
what I can do to avoid this problem?

I had a residence permit as an intonational student, I lost my card and I am already in the process of having it again, they told me it could take a month for my reissued permit to arrive. Is it possible for me to go out of Turkey before my permit arrives? I already had it but I lost the card and its already being processed the reposition of the new one, I just want to make sure I won’t have issues going out or inn of Turkey without the card. For me it makes sense that they have register in the system that I have a residence permit, but I wanna make sure they won’t try to charge me for staying longer than a simply tourist.
You should ask Immigration Office to issue a document stating that you are currently a residence permit holder to use it during entering Turkey by the time the new card will be delivered to you.

I am a South African citizen traveling in Turkey on a tourist visa (30 days). The visa is only valid for 30 days within a 180 period, however I would like to extend my visa for an additional 30 days as I would like to continue traveling in Turkey.
How do I go about this process and is it possible for me to get a visa extension if my original visa is only valid for a period of 30 days? Or would I have to apply for a new visa of 30 days?
In order to extend your stay, you would need to apply for residence permit. Application procedures last up to 90 days and you can stay in Turkey legally during the process, however, you are not supposed to leave the country after your visa expires and before you receive residence permit card.

I have a question regarding my work permit. I am from Kosovo and I am currently working in Gaziantep Turkey, my work permit is going to expire on May 13th. My company has submitted the paper worm for the new work permit and I am waiting to receive it by mail at the PTT, but I have to travel back to Kosovo for a business trip on the 29th of April and I still haven’t received my new work permit, my return date is May 13 which is also the expiration date on my Work Permit. Will I be able to reenter Turkey, or is this going to be an issue. If yes, what can I do? Is there some kind of paperwork that I can get to present at the airport so that they will allow me to reenter?
If your work permit would not be received before you leave Turkey, you should take with you any document stating that your extension application was approved. Also, if in the meantime work permit would be received by your employer, they should send you a scan of your card to be printed and presented at the airport.

I have a question regarding my work permit. I am from Kosovo and I am currently working in Gaziantep Turkey, my work permit is going to expire on May 13th. My company has submitted the paper worm for the new work permit and I am waiting to receive it by mail at the PTT, but I have to travel back to Kosovo for a business trip on the 29th of April and I still haven’t received my new work permit, my return date is May 13 which is also the expiration date on my Work Permit. Will I be able to reenter Turkey, or is this going to be an issue. If yes, what can I do? Is there some kind of paperwork that I can get to present at the airport so that they will allow me to reenter?

If your work permit would not be received before you leave Turkey, you should take with you any document stating that your extension application was approved. Also, if in the meantime work permit would be received by your employer, they should send you a scan of your card to be printed and presented at the airport.

To obtain work permit for yourself as an owner, your company’s paid capital must be at least 100.000 TL and there must be 5 Turkish citizens employed per each foreigner in the company including yourself.

If you purchase a property in Turkey, you can apply for residence permit for property owners, which is possible to extend multiple times. You do not have to be a residence permit holder to purchase real estate in Turkey.
